Cymraeg Campus

Cymraeg Campus is a Language Charter which aims to inspire our children and young people to use the Welsh language in all aspects of their lives. There are three awards to work for, the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. Miss Powell supports the Criw Cymraeg.

There are ten targets to achieve for each award.

Ysgol Dyffryn Maesyfed have achieved the Bronze Award (Gwobr Efydd) for Cymraeg Campus and is currently working towards the Silver Award (Gwobr Arian). This award is achieved by a school for its hard work and dedication in promoting the Welsh Langauge and Welsh ethos.

Y Criw Cymraeg

Dyma Criw Cymraeg 2022-2023. The Criw Cymraeg includes learners from Year 1 to Year 6. We meet on a fortnightly basis.

The Criw Cymraeg are responsible for encouraging the use of the Welsh language throughout the school in addition to promoting a positive Welsh ethos. All of their hard work will go towards helping us achieve the Cymraeg Campus language charter Silver Award, which we are very excited about.
